Country properties now available for sale in Murcia Spain
Step 4

The guideline to a typical visit consists of:

1. Get to know Pinoso. http://www.pinoso.org

2. Visit homes already built and chat with their owners.

3. Inspect the available plots; at this stage, you can reserve one in your name.

4. Select a model of country home, adjust the floor plan to suit your particular requirements and discuss any additions such as a pool or a garage. A draft of the construction/payment schedule is prepared, taking into account a bank mortgage, if required.

5. Establish contact with your bi-lingual lawyer and we will provide you with the necessary documents of the plot for your lawyer to check.

6. Meantime, we prepare the sales contract and the technical specification corresponding to the model selected.

7. We meet at your lawyer’s office to check the terms of the contract and make any adjustments necessary.

8. We visit the bank of your choice to open a Spanish bank account in your name and sign the Banker’s Guarantee. This serves to provide you with the “peace of mind” that we believe is so important for all our clients.

Where to stay during your visit?

The thermal health resort at Baños de Fortuna (Murcia)

Thermal health resort at Baños de Fortuna

The thermal health resort at Baños de Fortuna (Murcia) is located about 20 minutes from the Valle de Quibas. From the depths of the earth, the spa water reaches the surface at about 54º C and is channelled towards 2 outdoor pools where the temperature is maintained at around 34º C. all year round.

You can choose between 3 hotels, with off-season prices from around €40 per night for B&B. In the basement of each hotel, a wide offering of beauty treatments, mud baths and therapeutic massage parlours are available to ease away the stress and strain of a hectic life! Santa Ana Hotel and Restaurant at Abanilla (Murcia). For more information and reservations see: http://www.hrsantaana.com  This is the Municipal centre for our area. Located about 20 minutes away, it is a small town in size and population, but they seem to grow at “fiesta” time! Abanilla is famous for its Moros y Cristianos celebrations, when half of the town dresses as the invading Moors and the other half as the defending Christians, costumes and the mock battles are most impressive. Periodically, a Medieval Market is held in the main square, the main attraction being a large variety of organic foods.

B&B
Robert & Sue

Robert & Sue Corden used to run a nice hotel in Scotland, but have since left their other business in Derbyshire to be run by family. About 6 months ago, they moved here to enjoy their new life style in Valle de Quibas. They live in a particularly nice country home on two levels with a large solar heated pool. On the lower level, they have reserved a self-contained bedroom with a complete en suite (including kettle + biscuits) for guests or family.

They are also pleased to welcome B&B visitors for €20 per night/person. Perhaps for most couples, to be able unwind, relax and get a real feel of exactly what it is like to hear the owls hooting at sunset or to observe the incredibly starlit sky at night...

This is probably the best way to really get to know what it feels like to live here!

Rob & Sue can also arrange airport pick-ups and you will find them a wonderful source of information about the area and local way of life. They can be contacted directly at: +34 966 195-504 or rsc2@hotmail.co.uk
