Construction insurance options, to choose between
- 10 year Structural Guarantee known as the Seguro Decenal, subject to Organismos de Control Técnico (OCT), or,
- Construction Guarantee as stipulated by Law and backed-up by the insurance policies of the Architect, Quantity Surveyor and the Builder. This is equivalent to the above, but more economical in relation to the actual cost to the client. Full details made available during the client’s inspection visit.
