I have lived more than 30 years in this my cherished Spain. Brought up as an Englishman but having acquired the heart of a Spaniard (with the help of my Spanish wife), our three children were born and educated here. My gratitude goes out to the welcome I have always received and the happiness I have enjoyed in my adoptive country, and I am sure that many of the people I have helped live here will share my feelings.

Country Homes & Logistics, S. L. is the result of this experience. A bi-lingual family orientated enterprise who cares enough, to ensure personal attention throughout the process of plot selection and the construction of each home. Dedicated people, building personalised new detached villas to the highest standard on large plots of land in the Región de Murcia.

Our area is immersed in the Spanish countryside with pine tree forested mountains, nature walks and picturesque views of vineyards surrounded by almond and olive trees, just 45 minutes from sandy beaches on the coast and the international airports at Alicante and San Javier (Murcia).

CHL is an association of small family size Spanish builders, each specialising in their own models and areas, offering features and designs to cater for most tastes, ranging from standard modern designs to the traditional rustic farmhouse ambience, including solid wooden beams and windows, with exterior and interior doors made from genuinely aged wood.

Clients are invited to select their own ceramic floor and wall tiles, sanitary ware, kitchen cabinets and polished granite or marble worktops, interior and exterior colour schemes and finishes. Many of the models can be modified to cater for 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms.

All this and more in a relaxed atmosphere, where local British families will be pleased to chat and exchange experiences, while showing you around the area.

Local banks are readily available to provide a mortgage if required, at competitive rates, which is a sure way of knowing that on completion, all properties are freehold with legally documented Title Deeds presented to the owners at the Notary, on completion.
