Under floor radiant heating is powered by solar panels with a low consuming compressor back up. In addition, the system automatically diverts excess heat towards heating the pool. This is what the Spanish call calidad de vida, translated as “quality of life”.

• Water conservation: Roof gutters can be fitted to channel rainwater to an underground storage tank, ensuring abundant irrigation water (which is wasted in normal homes) for a greener, ecological garden.
